This Privacy Policy explains how Spin Streak, operated by Akos Kis-Kallo ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information when you use the Spin Streak iOS application.
When you sign in with Apple, we receive an account identifier and, depending on your Apple choices and whether this is your first sign-in, your name and email address or Apple private relay email address.
We store information needed to provide the app, including your display name, player profile, internal account and player identifiers, friend relationships and codes, game groups, match results and history, and statistics such as wins, losses, and streaks. Other players may enter a local player name and match results for games played together.
We use account and game information to authenticate you, maintain and synchronize profiles and game history, connect friends and shared results, recover linked player data, operate and secure the service, and respond to support or privacy requests. We do not pass your Apple sign-in information, player names, friend codes, or match history to our advertising provider.
Spin Streak uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect your IP address (which can be used to estimate your general location), device identifiers, advertising interactions, diagnostic information, and performance data to deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud, and improve its services. This data is separate from the player and match information described above. Learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use its services and read Google's Privacy Policy.
Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices before ads are requested. You can revisit available choices using Ad privacy choices in your profile's Account section. If we request permission to track activity across other companies' apps and websites, iOS will ask for your permission first. You can change that permission in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking. Declining tracking permission does not prevent you from using Spin Streak.
We use Apple for authentication and Supabase for authentication, database hosting, synchronization, and related infrastructure. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own terms as needed to deliver their services.
Profile details and match information may be visible to people you connect with or who participate in shared games. Friend codes and player link codes are intended to be shared only with people you trust. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a service transfer, subject to applicable law.
We keep account and game information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion through the in-app Delete Account control or by contacting us. Account deletion removes the account and associated personal information unless retention is required by law or limited information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal claims. Information forming part of another user's legitimate shared match record may be anonymized rather than removed where permitted by law.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Spin Streak is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, information is handled using appropriate legal safeguards.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to receive a portable copy. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise a right.
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or legal requirements. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required.
